Order Cancellations
Regular Orders
Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for shipment. For this reason, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at concierge@demericstudio.com.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, select pieces may be offered as pre-orders, allowing you to reserve items that are currently out of stock or part of an upcoming release.
When placing a pre-order, you are securing a piece ahead of its arrival in our studio. A full deposit will be collected at checkout.
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any point prior to fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled — though you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
