Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 5 to 8 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States.

International Shipping
For international orders, please contact us at  concierge@demericstudio.com. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday Shipping
During peak periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders early.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive, please contact us at  concierge@demericstudio.com and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds
Returns for domestic orders must be requested within 12 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Personalized, monogrammed, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
